January Updates from Causeways Learning Partnerships

Sarah McLean

Dear friends,

It’s been a while since I shared updates from Causeways Learning Partnerships, and I’m thrilled to reconnect and reflect on our growth since September.

Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work continuing to partner with schools and parents to build strengths-based teams that help children thrive. Here’s a glimpse into what’s been happening:

  • Expanding Our Reach: We’ve launched new partnerships with independent schools, working closely with heads of school and assistant heads of school to enhance leadership capacity, reshape parent engagement, and improve faculty development with the help of AI tools. Learn more here.

  • Empowering Parents: Our executive coaching partnerships with parents have grown, providing tailored support to help families navigate children’s challenges at school, obtain and interpret neuropsych evaluations, and plan for school transitions. Learn more here.

  • Community Building: The response to our 12-week coaching groups has been incredible. These intensive reflection cohorts offer a space for parents to connect, share, and grow. New groups are starting soon! Learn more here.

You can explore more about what we’ve been up to on our updated website: causeways.co (be sure to check out the blog for lessons I have learned from leopard geckos and hermit crabs).

As always, my work is inspired by the belief that when adults are supported, children flourish. Thank you for your ongoing support and for being part of this journey with me. If there’s a way Causeways can support you or your community, I’d love to hear from you!

Warm regards,

Sarah
