As a mother and former elementary school principal, I understand what it means to hold leadership responsibility while raising children. Over two decades in education, I've seen how children flourish when the systems around them work well—and what happens when they don't.
I'm the founder of Mothers in Leadership, a Substack newsletter offering practical wisdom and curated resources to help you lead, parent, and flourish, as well as “The Causeway,” a private inner circle for mothers in leadership who are navigating personal and professional transitions. Through Causeways coaching and consulting, I support leaders and teams through coaching circles, executive coaching, and systems building.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: when mothers in leadership flourish, children and communities flourish too.
I'm based in Boston and work with schools and educational organizations globally.
